Accessory Building Regulations
Permit Required.
1. Building permits are required when the size of an accessory building on any lot exceeds one hundred and twenty feet as shown by the following chart:

2. The maximum number of detached accessory buildings allowed on any lot is two (2). Properties located within the Agricultural District are exempt from this provision but must not exceed the maximum lot coverage allowed.
